A Thankful Grievance...
1. #Mother_nature has proven to be the ultimate Bioterrorist in here & everyone is being just taken by surprise; the epicentres have kept on shifting towards the smugly arrogant nations who had neglected the ominous cries...(Idea: Thanks to Dr. Li Wengliang, the wistleblower, who bought us some time...RIP)

2. Never in the fight of survival, was so much owed by so many to so few; even though our habit of sidelining the sacrifices of the front liners is not very new...(Idea:The sacrifices of our personnel in uniforms and aprons shouldn't be taken for granted. Time will not forget them.)

3. We become strong because of imperfections, we become wise because of our doubts; their 'lies' just can't become our gospels, how so louder they may shout...
(Idea: Indians needs India centric answers!)

4. You can't reason with a 'Tiger' when your head is in its mouth; better take the advantage of this opportunity before this shit goes south...(Idea: Loha garam hai... Hathoda maardo Zzorse, Modiji!)

5. #Diplomacy is about lies, tricks & deceptive spies, more often than not serious cover ups even suffice; when everyone is so concerned about meeting their selfish ends , then we should better start building upon our strengths to never be forced to come first to make the disgraceful amends...(Idea: Self sufficiency is a must in all fronts...)

6. #Today, everything hinges upon the cooperation amongst the like minds, as the faith in human values is clinging by a thin thread; the onslaught of the Powerful-5
(UNSC-P5) has been in offing since long to ensure that the 3rd World measly manage for just their Bread! (Idea: India's rightful permanent membership in UNSC is long overdue.)

7. A pauper can't expect to be a philanthropist, likewise a nuclear deficient force can't press for disarmament for peace sake; humility of only the successful powers is respected, as holding grudges against the competition is a natural pliable option in #fight_for_survival's wake... (Idea: competition and conflicts are as natural as the existence of life in itself, need of the hour is to develop a potent 'bargain power'.)

8. Work ideally must include fulfilment, creativity and meaning besides money; without passion involved in your work, it just becomes a tasteless honey...(Idea: Development of a #work_culture on a war footing is the need of the hour... Zyada nakhre nahi utha sakta Desh hamara! Honey chahiye😡)
9. #Life is too short to be in the constant search for the most #noble_job and being always picky without amends; wisdom used to lie in identifying the best field of interest the earliest and sticking to it till the end...not anymore!!!
(Idea: Finding and then nurturing one's passions is a luxury of a few...Jobs must find the person now! Survival>luxury.)

10. Mansions like "Antalya😅" stand tall amidst slums giving a mocking gaze upon the dwellers & making them perpetually amazed, reinforcing the strength of the opportune few and weakening the legs of the destitute not ever to dare to rise against.(Idea: #grand_irony!)

11. Easy entertainment kills creativity & the real humble jobs can become burdensome, caring guardians must deride such access to easy escape routes as the propositions of fools and dumbs...(Idea: Don't waste it! Entertainment should be celebrated..)

12. Whatever happened to outdoor games & socialisation in the era of fb, Insta, TIK TOK & what not; our youth force is seriously getting wasted away in this bubble of pseudo celebrity hood...(Idea: kaun Shahrukh, kaun Aish aur kaun hai Salman, TIk TOK agaya hai bhai, ab saare celebs hamare saman!)

13. #Demonetisation had demonstrated the government's proclivity to try out something strange; our economy has never recovered since that unruly dogmatic never tested appendage...(Idea: kuchh paane ke liye kabhi kabhi bahut kuchh khona padjaata hai..)

14. #Crony capitalist is the entitled business class driven by greed & hubris but lacking in resources to legitimize their control; to get rich with the littlest work possible is the philosophy of such lobbyists & now it's time to bring back such absconders and squeeze out the hard earned money that they stole...(Idea: kidhar ho chor log!?!🧐)

15. #lady_justice appears blind folded, holding a twisted balance & wielding an overlarge sword; when just the absence of evidence is sufficient to declare an innocent a demon, then to set this flawed objective trend right we are ought to go overboard!!! (Idea:Evidence based #justice system is not working well, it is biased in favour of the resourceful and lethargic as well! )

16. When objectivity becomes subjective then reasons become a laughing stock; justice delivered resonates as guiding beacon, but when left unserved-make the darkness even more dark...(Idea: No scope for human error! Down with the discretion! )

17. Saving faces and pointing fingers is their favourite exercise-shown day & night in the primetime; you would believe a little less in me, i am afraid, if my expression doesn't rhyme...(Idea: News channels are meant to fool the fools...)

18. In India... If shit goes south, then the incapacitated system would just go haywire in coping up with this asymptomatic viral spread-like a wildfire...(Idea: just pray and ask for wisdom & patience amongst the masses & the government.)

19. #extermination of the defeated races had not been the sole aim of the expansionists in the events of world wars; overpopulation compulsions have always produced a dispensable mob that came in handy, to be sacrificed whenever there was a call to pour more...(Idea: whatever happened to the concept of "Demographic Dividend"! Alas!!!)

20. Remember... Things remain precious only when they seem to be rare, our population has become plentiful enough that the 'Nature' could easily spare...(Idea: No comments! Samajhdaar ko ishara kaafi hai...)

21. This is a serious combat! And the most important thing a man can take into the combat is the reason, why?
You just can't shy away from the hardships of a normal life, as everyone would start pointing at you in contempt as soon as you stand out to be the 'first' or the 'only' guy! (Idea: Better to gather up the like minds and share...)

22. #I will keep on bringing something that will stir up your 'soul' hard, i believe, 'everything ends well that has experienced an struggling start'.

23. #I can't let the noise of my opinion to suppress your voice, you can humbly agree to disagree with me by using your rightful choice...

in context of point 15 and 16.

This is the right time for reformation, when in our country population nearly touches a mark of 130 crores. It is natural to have many types of disputes in today's scenario.
Be it the battle of supremacy or the ground matter, the purpose of every case is to prove themselves right and establish themselves in this dense population, family, social, economic, political and countless such cases whose responsibility is to be give justice from the shoulders of our judicial system.
Without going into the depth of the data, I just want to say broadly that the load of justice is too much for our judges.
Whereby being a human while giving justice, how is his mental status also matters a lot, after all, judges are human beings too.
It is just confusing how much more challenging it is to give justice to judges in the phase of too much work pressure, in such a situation when one word written by them literally determines the fate of a person, especially in all the dimensions available in our country. In view of all these facts, what is the harm to try IT in the judicial system in this IT era?
Machine learning solutions can be used, provided correct data handling is taken care of very accurately. All the rules of the constitution as input, case category as condition and hearing or bail as a output result. which according to the constitution, completely separate from the discretionary power of judges. After all, they also give their judgment according to the rules of the constitution,Are you not!
why spend so much time in the same process? The statements of kill two birds with one stone is
fully proven.
Early disposal of cases of a similar category, second in which machine learning cannot be used, only our promising judges will have to invest his precious time, this will increase the quality of decision and the case load will automatically managed.
Now it is to be seen that what the common citizen is able to understand so easily, how long will the so-called intellectuals of our country understand!

संदर्भित पॉइंट क्रमांक 15 एवं 16 अनुसार.

ये सही समय है बदलाव का। 130 करोड़ की घनी आबादी वाले हमारे देश में अनेकों प्रकार के विवाद उत्पन्न होना स्वाभाविक है आज के परिदृश्य में।
वर्चस्व की लड़ाई हो या जमीनी मामला, हर मामले का उद्देश्य अपने को सही साबित कर इस घनी आबादी में खुद को स्थापित करने से ही है, पारिवारिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक, राजनैतिक और ऐसे अनगिनत मामले जिनका निकाल करने का जिम्मा हमारे ज्युडिशियल सिस्टम के कंधों पर है।
मैं आंकड़ों की गहराई में जाये बिना मोटे तौर पर बस इतना कहना चाहता हूं की हमारे judges के ऊपर न्याय देने का भार बहुत अधिक है।
जिससे न्याय देते वक्त मानव (जी हां वे भी मानव ही हैं) होने के नाते उनका मानसिक संतुलन (जो की आम दिनचर्या के बहुत से पहुलओं से उत्पन्न होता है )कैसा है वो भी बहुत अधिक मायने रखता है, आखिर judges भी तो इंसान ही हैं ना!
बस यही उलझन है की इतने अधिक काम के दबाव की बीच judges को न्याय देना कितना अधिक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है, ऐसी स्तिथि में जब उनके द्वारा लिखा हुआ एक एक शब्द अक्षरसः किसी व्यक्ति के भाग्य का निर्धारण करता हो खासकर अपने देश मे उपलब्ध सभी आयामों में । इन सभी तथ्यों के मद्देनजर इस IT युग में judicial सिस्टम को भी इसमें अपने हाथ आजमाने में क्या हर्ज है?
मशीन लर्निंग solution का उपयोग किया जा सकता है, बसर्ते सही डेटा हैंडलिंग का ध्यान बहुत बारीकी से रखा जाए। इनपुट के तौर पर संविधान के सारे नियम, कंडीशन के तौर पर केस कैटेगरी और रिजल्ट के तौर पर सुनवाई या जमानत जो पूर्णतः judges के discretion पावर से पृथक संविधान के हिसाब से हो, आखिर वो भी तो संविधान के नियमों के हिसाब से ही अपना judgement दे रहें हैं ना, फिर उसी प्रक्रिया में इतना समय क्यों खपाना? एक पंथ 2 काज के कथन पूर्णतः सिद्ध हो सकते हैं।
एक समान कैटेगरी के केस का जल्द डिस्पोजल, दूसरा जिसमे मशीन लर्निंग का उपयोग ना हो सके उसमे सिर्फ हमारे होनहार judges को समय खपाना होगा इससे क्वालिटी ऑफ decision बढ़ेगी और केस लोड काम होगा।
अब देखना यह है कि जो बात आम नागरिक को इतनी आसानी से समझ आ रही है हमारे देश के तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवियों को कब तक समझ आएगी!
